Help needed. How do i Load multiple pictures in to layers.

Hi All,

I need some help,
I am working on a Very Very Large Moasiac 8000+ Pictures, each graphic is between 8 - 16 K.
I need to know if there is a way to open the individual picture files directly in to the final image as separate layers,

At the moment I open about 16 - 24 Separate images in one hit Create a new layer set on the Master Image
and then Cut and paste all the separate images in to the new layer set,

So far i`ve done over 1000 of the blighters and its getting a little tedious,
any help would be appreciated,

Try an action. Use Duplicate Layer with your Master Image as the destination. Put the other images into a folder and run Automate>Batch on it using the action. That'll get them all into the document; positioning them will be another chore.
