1. Build one of those lovely rack devices which were so popular in Spain a few hundred years ago.

2. Secure nice girl in rack, making sure ropes are tightly secured to hands and feet.

3. Apply as much pressure as your strength allows to turn the rack wheel, ignoring screams from nice girl.

4. Repeat until you are happy with the results.

5. Admire your handiwork.
