Photoshop 6.0 vs Photoshop CS

I’m wondering if the upgrade to Photoshop CS is worth the price? I’ve been working with PS 6.0 for a number of years and am very happy with it except for the lack of a raw digital image capability. Are there any drawbacks to the upgrade? Other than the ‘activation’ debate.
