CD drive crashes with XP after CS installation

Hello, everything worked great on my Micron Pentium 4 3.06 mhz machine running XP pro (ver 2002),1 GB memory, Ahead Nero CD/DVD burning software, a Lite-on LTR 48125W CD R/W drive and Photosop 6...then I installed Photoshop CS. Now I can't write CD's using Nero. Error states it can't write end track. I restore to point prior to CS and it works. Return to CS and it fails. Other CD write software (Veritas) also fails.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried reinstalling Nero after CS?
Gone to the Nero web siteand D/L the latest version? They're giving away an update because there were some problems with the 6.0.0.15 version.
I have both and no problems - but I'm running the Nero update.

Thank you...I'll get the newest Nero and give it a try. After a 50 minute long distance call (45 minutes of hold) to Adobe, I learned they use Nero 6 on their Windows machines and they do OK. My Nero is an older OEM version that came with the computer.
