font terminal on Windows XP

Hi all,
I have to get some screen shots of the Ms-Dos prompt (cmd) and change some writings with Photoshop.
So far I've worked with Photoshop CS in Windows 2000 using the Terminal font that was exactly the same as the one used in the Dos prompt, so no problem.

But if I do the same thing on another Pc (that would be my new one) with Windows XP Pro, the Terminal font that I find in the Photoshop menu is different from the one of the Dos prompt, so when I replace some of the writings, it's easy to see that they've been retouched.

Does anybody know why this is happening and how to solve this problem?

Thank you
Emanuela

I suspect that the font in the command prompt window is not Terminal. Click the menu at the top-left corner and choose Properties to find the font setting.

I didn't know about this option in the command prompt window. In fact there are two fonts that I can use, a raster font and Lucida Console. I switched to Lucida Console and now I can use the same one in Photoshop.

Thank you!!
