How to install fonts from FONT FOLIO?

Hello. I recently had to reformat and reinstall everything on my girlfriends computer. She complained that all her fonts were missing and I notice she has Font Folio 9.0. I would like to get the fonts off of it but I am not sure the best way to go about doing it. Do I have to install the fonts in each folder one at a time or what? I’m on Windows 98 and have ATM 4.1 installed.
