"Problems by stop command in batch"

After a Stop in a batch, the dialog box for the stop command appears. Immediatly after pushing stop (You cannot select a tool!), an other dialog box appears with the text 'A command was cancelled or stopped while batching. Continue with next file or stop".
Whatever you do, after that the batch doesnot process the next images.What to do?

Turn off the Stop step in the Actions palette. You really cannot batch with a Stop.
