Blue/Green screen

Can someone please recommend a plug for PS or some other software program I could use for keying out a green or blue screen from the background of some images I will be taking in the near future? This will be used for commercial purposes so it has to look perfect. BTW any tips for lighting the blue/green screen would also be appreciated. Thanks.

Make sure the lighting on the screen is as consistant as possible, no shadows or highlights.

The advantage in the Ultimatte solutions (over colour range) is that it gets rid of edge colour casts as well as knocks out the background. You could also try "extract", but it is not as powerful as the products from Ultimatte. (or Knockout from Corel, which started as an Ultimatte product)
