I am using photoshop 7.0.1 on a win 2k machine. When I go to filter – render – lighting effects I have no styles to choose from. I am in RGB mode. I have checked to see if the styles are present on the computer and they are, in Adobe – Photoshop 7.0 – Filters – Lighting Styles. They are all there. Flashlight, Blue Omni, etc. They just do not show up under the lighting effects filter.

What loads these effects. They show up fine on another computer that is set up the same. Again, all I get is a blank menu under lighting styles.

Any help would certainly be appreciated.

I have found the problem! I search the database and found that by checking the allow indexing checkbox it may correct the problem.

I already had this box checked. However, when I unchecked the box marked "folder is ready for archiving" things worked fine.
