I checked the FAQ and checked the lighting effects folder to make sure it was indexed and it is. It's not that I have missing lighting effects, its that I don't have any! They'll work for awhile and then suddenly I get this error message that says "missing property cannot continue" or something rahter.
I have the complete educational version of Adobe CS which includes PS, AI, GL, IM, and Acrobat Pro. I used the CD to install the entire suite on my computer. I bought about a month ago at my university.
