Innstalled PS one several computers last week in Norwegian. But now all the menu's are in english? How is this possible?
How can I get it back to norwegian without reinnstalling?

What version of Photoshop?
Have you run any updates on the Photoshop Installations? If so, what was the filename?

One of the install files must have gotten damaged. Re-installing is pretty much how to fix it. You may also want to do some preventative disk maintenance.
