error during registration

I am getting the following error: "Fail to convert between UTF8 and UCS2: failUTF8Conv" when I try to submit the 2nd screen of registration data. I've tried rebooting. Any suggestions? XP home, IE 6.0.

That sounds like an IE internal error.
