Here’s a wierd one:
In Photoshop 7.0, after I open up an image and I go to either "Image–Mode–Assign Profile…" or "Image–Mode–Convert to Profile…", instead of getting the appropriate text windows for these things, I get an eyedropper in the image that’s asking me to sample a color. I removed the program, then reinstalled it and got the same thing. One thing that I notice is that even though I supposedly removed the entire program and all associated files ewith the Windows XP "Add/Remove Programs" in Control Panel, I still see, for instance, my "Open Recent" pictures as well as some preferences from the deleted program. These appear to be the only two things that don’t work even though they have up until now.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
Regards,
Doug
