Using PS7 on a PC. I’m sure that when I used to use the crop tool, as I would move one side of the crop line in towards the center of the image, the "center target", put there by PS would move, always staying in the center of the image. Now it just stays in its original place. What’s a guy to do? Thanks,
Ira

When you draw the crop box, moving the handles moves the centre point too. If you click on the centre point and move it just a tiny bit, it will then become sticky and stay where it is.
What do you use the centre point for? Is there a use other than rotating?

Sounds like maybe what you’re asking for is to resize the crop box, "from center." To do that, hold down Alt while draging a handle.
