"Donut" Action doesn´t work anymore

Some time ago I got the "doin donut" action from adobe studio exchange. I played around with it, and now, some weeks later: it doesn work anymore: during the last steps there seem to be something wrong now: the wrong layers get deleted.

I re-downloaded the action again, cleared every other action and reset the PS-tools palettes.
Any hints?
