I'm using Photoshop 7 and recently followed a tutorial which turned my color photo into b&w with a blue tinge. Only problem is, I can't remember how on earth I did it. I know I checked colorize within hugh & saturation but I don't know the numbers I used. Does this mean anything to anyone - and can anyone help out a newbie?

open an image. add a hue saturation adjustment layer from the button on the layers palette. double click the icon in the adjustment layer to bring up the hue/sat dialog box. check the "colorize" box and play with the sliders.
as for the specific color, how would we know what you used? play around until you're close.

I simply cannot resist! :)
I don't know any Hugh's to add to my photos, and I'm not sure I want any Hugh's in my images. ;)
I don;t think it would be a comfortable or dignified posture for a Hugh, either. ;)
ROFLMAO.
Cheers,

My wife (Austrian)keeps telling me there is a film starring Huge Grant on the telly. I am too polite to tell her and anyway she has a large rolling pin.....
