Photoshop Update Downloads

In the latest Photoshop update that I tried to download, I received an error message that read "File could not be downloaded. <http://cgi...tform=oDLLVer=2.8.3.3AOMVer=2.8.3.3> An unknown internet error occurred. 21:-120"

What does this mean? and how can I fix it? Thanks.

When the online manager goes online it checks to see if there are any updates FOR ITSELF - i.e the online manager sofware. That's what it is choking on. There are no updates for Photoshop. Nearly everyone just sets AOM to never check for updates, and occasionaly visit the adobe.com website to check for themselves.
