I may be wrong, but I do not think that the Healing Brush will use "Custom Brushes," or even most of the supplied, non-elliptical brushes. If it will,
please show me what I missed. TIA
I can't find a workaround, either. One kludge is to select the area to patch or heal as a square, do your thing, then move the selection and repeat. Another is to set roundness and angle to zero and drag down carefully. :(
I suspect what the OP wants to do can be done in an entirely different way, possibly with slices and layers.
