does anyone know of an Elements 3 trial version?

Keep checking the Adobe site. When a new version is released -- it sometimes takes a short time before a trial version appears.

I haven't seen a Mac version offered yet -- but I should check again today.

evidence has it that I could buy it at my local PC shop
around the corner in a small German city:
Version 3.0 German, 99,- Euro. Why should Europe
wait? ;-)

But I am still testing Paintshop 9 trial and GIMP before I decide which to by or get for free (GIMP).

I read PSE3 not in Europe in another forum.

Yep, Gimp, PSP I went the same route and ended up with full CS suite

It doesn't have everything though - I want a dainty do it all browser that is easy to use and is not based on a directory tree.

An intelligent Picasa would be fine :-)

Just checked Amazon.de. They say it is not available
yet, but you can put an advance booking on it.

can be delivered within Germany within 5 days.
