not recognizing fonts when importing eps file or opening in photoshop

I'm using phsh 7.01 and the files in eps are made in eithe Visio or Freehand and when I import them to Photoshop the program won't recognize the fonts even though they are all on the machine ??

How can I mend this ?

Convert your fonts to curves/paths before you export the eps.
