I draw a path with the pen tool, select it, and go to Edit>Transform Path and all the presets (Rotate 90CCW, Flip Horizontal, etc.) are grayed out. Only the arbitrary transforms (Rotate, Scale, etc.) are not. If I select Free Transform, then nothing is grayed out.

On a Mac none of them are grayed out to begin with, even with Free Transform not selected.

Is this a Win/Mac difference, or is there some pref or something I need to activate first?
