How to manage fonts or add to folder within PS

I hate PC's and Windows over font management... or how many fonts one should have loaded on the system... so how can you load fonts for only PhotoShop to use and not clog your system... and can you use sub-folders?

Problem solved.... found a great program that lets you load font sets and unload fontsets and works so well. And if you forget to unload a font set they unload after reboot.

Now i can control my fonts without a problem. Anyway...
