What app created these speech bubbles?

I'm trying to find the graphics app that was used to create these speech bubbles:

http://www.parentlineplus.org.uk/data/children/images/quote_ 6.gif

I emailed the website a while ago, but have yet to receive a reply.

Like these images, I'm looking for an app that allows the bubbles to:

- have different colors, fonts types, sizes etc.

- be output as transparent GIFs

- have drop shadows

- be overlaid on top of photos

- have the "pointy bit" to be placed anywhere around the bubble

Thanks in advance!

Simon.

You have photoshop? Just use paths to create a shape layer, easy enough to edit the path to suit. Colours and shadow could all be done via layer styles.

Those can be done in Photoshop and many other graphics apps as well.

Photoshop has these speech bubbles as shapes.

If he really knew better he would have told the OP to use a vector editing package.

Shapes are vectors, too. Poor shapes get no respect. ;)
