there's a guy who is good in Photoshop n all designer stuff... i guess he would be good at ur place as entry level..
he has already done some certifications from "Image" animation institute.. and has some exp also

plz let me know what is the exact requirement regarding the exp on tools softwares..etc..

Also I would like to knw is there any eligibility criteria on education part .. as this guy has finished his 12th only .. n not tht good in English communication..
but i know he has ability to work hard with imagination power in graphics and tht is wht is required in ur field i guess..

Let me know ur feedback & then I'll ask him to send his resume..
