Hello.
1) How can I create a light source in photoshop or imageready, that it effect the image, and I will see even a shadow ?
2) How can I create a deepness of an image (that it will look 3d like) ?

Use the render lighting filters.

They do not create a shadow, you would have to do that yourself and there is a good tut at www.photoshopcafe.com for creating shadows.

Filter>Render>Lighting Effects will create shadows if you tell it to use an alpha channel that has depth information.
