PaintShop Pro can save in Photoshop or TIFF format.

I have written a Paint Shop Pro file format plugin for Photoshop. If you install it, you can open PSP images (single raster layers) directly from Photoshop.

The common file types are jpeg RAW and TIFF. SaveAs in these formats and you shouldn’t have any problems.
