Help with action, ATN

I’ve tried to create the Photoshop action (ATN), which will create double stroke text effect, exactly the same as text "Virtua Tennis" in this sample:

[words ‘Vurtue Tennis’]. Its not too difficult, but I have trouble to get it.. I use Photoshop 7. Can someone help to write correct action?
