Hi,
I am running PS7, my picture is set on 8 bits/channel and RGB color. I have flattened all layers and when I press save as, my file does save. However, the saved jpeg file does not open, instead I get a message that says, "Photo Gallery can’t open this picture or video. This file format is not supported, or you don’t have the latest updates to Photo Gallery." I have never had this problem before and I don’t know how to fix it….please help!!
