Most of them are very good. Myself I like Nik Software’ Dfine 2.0. I like the u-point technology that allows you to quickly and easily target just problem areas of your image, leaving other areas alone. You can also do full image NR as well as color based NR.
I am currently using the demo of Neat Image. I was just wanting a little feedback from others who have settled on a plug-in/program. I thought maybe one stood out among the masses.

I have tried a few. They all have their strengths and weaknesses. For most robust denoising, I’d go for Neat Image, although you must be conservative on your luminance denoising to avoid a plastic look. Noise Ninja is second for me, very good, but not as good for low frequency color noise in high ISO photos.
