clone stamp tool on multiple layers simultaneously ???

I can’t find the answer to this one. I’m trying to use the clone stamp tool in Pshop CS3 so that the target of the the clone tool is multiple layers. I’ve tried linking and grouping the two layers but no joy.

Anyone know how to do this? Probably simple and I’m missing it somehow. … akiley
