I have a number (like…300) of scans that are currently saved in PSD. I need to convert them to JPG to create a slide show CD. Is there a batch command to do this?

File-automate-webgallery is a handy tool for such.

You don’t have to use it, but you will wind up with a web browser compatible browsing setup when you’re finished, too – handy if you want to go back and review particular slides, and as cross-platform as it gets.

Of course there is. But you can take the cheap short-cut and use automate – web gallery. Set it so that there is no resizing. Run it and then throw away all the output except the Images folder. You can also use the same feature and choose the slide-show format, keep all the folders and the html files.
