White appears as yellow in CS3, help!

White color looks yellow(ish) in Photoshop. Even the color picker box goes from black to light yellow (instead of white). Anywhere else in Windows colors look fine, except in Photoshop.

How to fix this? I want my white back :o)

I have Photoshop CS3, Vista Business and Dell 2208WFP.
