switching languages in Photoshop or CS4?

I’m wondering if anybody knows of a way, short of reinstalling, to switch the default language for the various CS4 tools. I appear to have somehow set up for "English UK" instead of "English USA".

No,there isn’t any language switch in Photoshop.

Even with reinstalling. All the installation option does is allow you to see the license rules in your local language/law.
