Fatal Error during Installation

Hi,

I am trying to Install Adobe Photoshop CS4, but every time getting an error:

Adobe CSI CS4
Error:
Error 1603. Fatal error during installation.

If I see the Logs, here are few lines around searched pattern "1603".

Any clues?

Observation: when I installed Indesign CS4, it installed Indesign CS4 but at the end of the installation, I got the same erro message. But here, I am atleast able to use the product, but in case of Photoshop, the installer terminates quite early and says Photoshop cs4 was NOT installed!!!

Please help!!!!
