I am using Photoshop CS3 (windows) and I would like to emboss a logo to into a photograph so that the logo becomes part of the photo. I can’t remember how to do this – please help.

Your logo (type, graphic objects) will be on a separate layer.

At the top of the Layers Palette, set the "Fill" percentage for your logo layer to ‘0’

Add a Bevel & Emboss layer style to your logo layer.
