camera raw update only for CS4

I just bought the new Canon 5d Mark ll. I bought CS4 at home, but only have CS3 at work and now I can’t use it anymore?? They are making you buy CS4 now just because of the raw update? Is there no way to view the files from my new camera in CS3?? The update says it will only work in CS4. I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks.
