For as long as I’ve used Photoshop, I’ve calibrated my monitor. It is a very successful process–what I see on my monitor will (normally) print out very nicely. However, when I view my images with ACDSee, the colors are washed (yellows, oranges are desaturated) and the images are darker and dull. Images look fine in Windows viewers and most other apps. Also, when in Photoshop if I use the NeatImage plug-in, the color have the same desaturated dull look. If I upload a photo to Flickr from ACDSee, they will have the poor color issue.

This has been an issue since I’ve used ACDsee and I’ve seen it on two different computers that I’ve owned. I used Colorvision to calibrate.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this issue? Below is an example. ADCSee on the left, Photoshop on the right.

Thanks for any guidance you can give.
