Photoshop CS3 Weird Measurements Out of nowhere on Document

I was just using My CS3, and i think i clicked something and all of a sudden i get pixel/inch/cm measurements surrounding my document, and it’s annoying, but i have no idea how to take it off. Please help. Here’s a screenshot.

hit crtl-R to toggle the Ruler.

… and read up a bit on keyboard short cuts. You won’t remember them all but some are pretty useful as tine savers – and especially useful if you lose your mouse.
