Manually update CS4?

Hi, I’ve just ordered a new PC and want to keep it lean, solely for photo and video editing. To that end, I don’t want to install AV and intend not to use it for internet access.
Is there any way for me to manually update PS by downloading updates to my laptop and then transferring them to my new PC. I know I can do that with ACR, but cannot find any information on doing it with other updates.
Can anyone help please?

There is a download link on Adobe’s site. All product updates are available there.

You’ll need to phone Adobe to activate the software if you have no internet access.
