Photoshop CS4 Windows Brush Image Distortion

I have an old version of Photoshop 6 and have downloaded a trial version of CS4 but when I make the brush larger the full circle turns into a small arc. Does anyone know what is going on here? It is very annoying and so much so, I may not purchase. I have plenty of RAM… 2 gig and an Nvidia GeForce Go 7900 GS graphics card with 256mg.

Yes, update your graphic card drivers. The latest for the 7900GS is 178.24.

If that does not resolve the problem you will have to contact NVIDIA for a fix.
