Hello everybody

Our users do have shared profiles which are limited to a certain size, there are a few of them having trouble with their profile running out of boundaries.
This causes for example the problem that the user can not log off.

Since Adobe Photoshop (as well as other Adobe products) is writing settings to the Folder "C:\Documents and Settings\[USERNAME]\Application Data\Adobe\[PRODUCT]\[VERSION]", this is filling up the profile quite a bit.

Is there any possibility to change the Path of this, so the applications are using another savepath for the settings?

Thanks in advance for any kind of help!

Kind Regards
Fabio

other than moving their docs and settings folder, not. that’s microsoft dictated (something with certification of the app). john’s right. create a special group for your PS users and give them more space than your excel jockeys.

Thanks for the information.
But I’m afraid to tell you that it’s not possible to enlarge the profile space. That was one of my first ideas as well, tho 😉

So it’s not possible to configure the application to write to another Folder? That’s a bit a pity there 🙁
