Disabling stuff to add to history?

Hello, i want for example when i change the blending modes, to not store in history, because i find it useless and it takes a lot of history states untill i dont have mutch undos to go further back. is there anyway of doing that? thanks

Everything goes into history. I suspect you can set the history states to one, but it really doesn’t save that much memory.

To avoid important document states from being purged from the History Panel, I always take snapshots.

They don’t get purged until the file is closed.

You can add more states if you want, in the prefs

Well thanks for the answers, snapshot is good idea, but sometimes you forget it, i wish there was this feature in future versions.. thanks again for your help
