Photoshop CS4 – are EPS PostScript patterns gone ?

Hi. All previous Photoshop versions did come with a folder of EPS PostScript patterns that could be used for tiled backgrounds and such. Now in CS4 these EPS patterns seem completely gone? I did search the Photoshop CS4 directory and the Photoshop CS4 DVD with various search words and saw nothing. The Photoshop CS4 subfolder Presets/Patterns doesn’t offer the EPS patterns (as it did before).

Are the PostScript patterns lost indeed?
