Hello Everyone I am looking for a way to increase my Pixel Per Meter on CS3 to be able to use really small FONT with them getting pixilated. If there is another way to do so then i’m all ears. Thank you

Not sure if this is what you want but from the menu, Image > Image size.

There you can change the resolution.

be able to use really small FONT

If you are thinking about web images, changing resolution will do nothing for you (it will for print).

If you are looking for a web solution, check out "pixel font" in google.
