CS3 won tlet me use it ????

Hi i installed photoshop CS3 extended but when i try and open it, it says:-

You can not use this product at this time. You must repair this problem by unistalling it and then reinstalling this product or contacting your IT administrator or adobe customer support for help.

I did everything it said to do. Then i used Your Unistaller to get rid of everything to do with photoshop then i install it again…still no success.

What other Adobe products are on your system? Did you run the CS3 clean script/ CS4 Clean Utility?

make sure the adobe license manager service is running…

have lightroom on my pc illustrator after effects and ive cleared CS3 completely and still nothing

Ok my dad just bought me CS4 as a gift for my IT grades and it works fine. I used the utility cleaner and it got rid of all my adobe stuff, then i just installed it agen
