PS CS3 installed CS4 trial question

I have PS CS3 Extended installed and would like to know if I can install the trial of PS CS4 Extended at the same time? In running XP and would naturally use a different installation folder.

Yes PS installs in a separate folder structure each time you upgrade.

Tip: Let the installer put it where it defaults to Β– some people have had problems with telling Photoshop what to do.

The only issue (not so much of an issue) that I have come across is that photoshop uses photoshop.exe to open the program. You canΒ’t use PS CS3 and PS CS4 at the same time. Sometimes I forget that CS3 or CS4 is open and when I go to open the other, the one that is open pops up instead.
As John said PS is a standalone application.
