Screen Printing a Gradient

What is the best way to screen print a gradient.

The shirt is 2 colours. Orange and red.

Would you print the whole orange and then do the red separation as a half tone?

There are a couple of ways to do screen printing. Do you have the equipment to do it your self or are you going to outsource the printing?
For gradients I really recommend that it be sent out to be printed. This way you can set up your image as 2 spot colors. There is a small tutorial on creating spot colors on photoshop TV. I believe it was one or two weeks ago.
