I was looking for the "Adobe Extension Manager CS4′ to install some interesting add-ons from Bridge Exchange. But I suspect I might have uninstalled that component when I concluded I would never need it.

How does one add/remove components with the Photoshop CS4 (Retail) installer? There are boxes next to the components when I run the installer, but none appear to be clickable. Does one have to reinstall the whole app just to add/remove one item?
