Using your Path Selection Tool (black arrow), select the path which defines the shape in Shape Layer A. You’ll know the entire shape is selected when all the anchor points defining it are filled boxes as opposed to open boxes.

Copy (CTRL + C).

Highlight Shape Layer B in your Layers Palette.

Click on the Shape Layer B’s mask icon so that you see a focus ring appear around it.

Paste. (CTRL + V).

Note that the pasted shape will take on any color or Layer Styles present in Shape Layer B’s Layer.
