Photoshop CS4 GPU redraw problems

I have problems with showing layers after I move them. When i hide or show some layers the changes will show only after i click somewhere in the window. like window redrawing have some pause.

I have Nvidia GeFrocce 7600 GT with latest drivers.

have a play with the image cache and see if that helps.

Do you have any third party plugins installed? Have you tried disabling them?

Are you running any other applications that might use the GPU?

Have you tried turning off GPU drawing in preferences?

Just clear install photoshop with no plugins
All app with GPU usage is shutdown
GPU drawing turn off\on no effect
I just notice what redrawing work few second after start appl, but novigation window empty, all redrawing after click :'(

The problem passes if at first I open any old file saved in last versions of the program but not all files work
